Interior design and project management

A full interior design service including installation and project management through to completion of project. Flat fee, based on estimation of budget and time devoted to project. Paid in instalments.

Budget, working drawings, schedule of works. Lighting design, product list, 3D visuals, samples.

4. Sourcing/procurement

Furniture, soft furnishings and lighting pieces as well as subcontractors for construction elements.

5. Installation and finishing touches (and snagging).

FF&E Procurement/ Furniture Package service

Perfect for clients who want to furnish a property from scratch. All lighting and furniture from multiple brands specified and ordered in one place.

1. Establish required furniture and lighting list.

This will include style, quantities, budget, sizes, time scale.

Measurements of space taken to drawer floorpans and check access to property.

3. Present Specified furniture & lighting list.

Including revisions until client is happy with the complete list.
